Supply chain development
CEE is the region of Europe developing most as TIER 2 supplier center in aircraft maintenance tooling manufacturing with an already existing , extensive supply chain network. The automotive TIER 1 and aviation TIER 2 suppliers are operating in state of the art facilities complying with the highes aviation standards while providing the most competitive services.
CEE Aerospace is supporting it's customers with it's experience and partnership to this wide range of TIER 2 suppliers in the region.
If the currently existing network is not satisfying our customers' needs, we offer further supply chain development in the region.
Supply chain management
CEE Aerospace also offers a complete range of supply chain management. As a representative of our customers @their TIER 2 supply chain, we offer tooling and GSE production on site follow up.
On site production follow up consisting of regular TAT and during production quality monitoring as well as pre-shipment final quality acceptance and detailed reporting.
With this service we ensure our customers that their subcontracted production is continuously under control with regular on site production follow up and reporting and their tooling will be delivered to the expected quality level. All this in the most efficient and cost effective way
